Conflict in Middle East

Recent geopolitical developments in and around the Middle East, including events impacting Iran and surrounding regions, are being closely monitored by the team at Sapphire Risk Transfer.

While it is still too early to determine the full implications for global supply chains and marine cargo movements, we are aware that disruptions may affect shipments, vessels, and containerised cargo transiting through the region.

At this stage, our priority is to remain fully engaged with our brokers, clients, underwriting partners, and claims specialists as more information becomes available. Our marine and claims teams are actively monitoring developments and will continue to assess any potential impacts on our portfolio.

As always, Sapphire Risk Transfer remains committed to supporting our partners and policyholders. Should any concerns arise, our team stands ready to assist and provide guidance as the situation evolves.

We will share further updates as clarity emerges.
